Our garage door opener broke, called Precision, Brent and Greg were quick to respond. They analyzed our issues and we decided to purchase a new door. They were very helpful and answered all our questions. Brent even tied a rope on the door so I can open and close it easily.

Not sure if my first review went through. They called ahead and actually showed up 15 minutes early. They finished on time. They explained all my options clearly. They did the job and spent a fair amount of time explaining how things worked. They did a great job of clean up. I don't recommend many folks but I do recommend these two men. I am 99% sure their names were James and Brent.

Chris Flores was the technician who came to our house on April 15,2019 to repair our garage door. It had a broken spring. We chose to upgrade to a two spring system and have teflon rollers installed. Chris was very knowledgeable and efficient. He was also very polite and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who needed a garage door repair.
