Wes the tech arrived onsite and I explained what we needed to have done. He did his inspection of the doors and provided 3 options pending the condition of the parts. He described what he found and what was needed and the cost. I approved the work and he completed it to our satisfaction. He very professional and friendly and easy to talk with. We are very satisfied with the work he completed. This is our second time using Precision.

Great customer service all around. Garage door came off track late at night and I called and was scheduled early morning the next day. Aaron and BJ came out fixed the door, both were friendly and very professional. Aaron fixed this problem before and scheduled me to have a new door put in. Great customer service by Technician Antonio Garcia who replaced our old door with a new one. Antonio was very professional and friendly. He worked for hours installing the door and then made sure the installation was to our satisfaction and it was. I would recommend Precision to all our family and friends.
