My technician Ricky was great. He took the time to explain what was wrong and gave me options of how to repair and I never felt pressured into which option to choose. David was totally professional and courtesy, so the problem was not really solved, have to put the battery back on in a few days to see if it was solved!! If I have to contact the garage door company (Chamblin) and if i need help to maybe install something on the opener you are going to charge me another $69.00 to come out here to install that doesn't make sense!! Also, I couldn't use any of the coupons you sent me!! Then why did you send them to me??

I normally do not write reviews, however the service provided by precision was over the top. I was concerned because there have been some owner and upper management changes. I called in regards to work that was over 2 years old. The company responded quickly, diagnosed the problem and took care of it without hesitation. David Arreguin was our service technician. He came out exactly during the time that was scheduled. He thoroughly inspected the garage door assembly, explained what was wrong, offered suggestions as to what needed to be repaired and gave us an estimate and then promptly got to work. We needed new springs, pulleys, etc. After repeated daily use, parts do wear out. Precision always has the parts on hand to fix garage doors on the spot. No need to wait for parts to come in. The service was performed professionally and clean up was great. This is why we use Precision Overhead Door again and again!

Having seen the ads on television and online, I chose Precision because it appeared to be a reputable company. I called, made an appointment. Everyone was friendly and professional, they explained the services and prices. Caleb Skaggs, the technician who installed my garage door opener, was timely and professional. He explained everything before and after service He was very friendly. I am quite pleased with the job that he did.

My technicians were Aaron and Dustin. Both were very courteous and explained exactly what needed to be adjusted ( the spring needed tightening , etc). Bearings were replaced. I watched as they completed repairs. Even though my garage door is several years old, they felt that it was still in fairly good condition. I appreciated the fact that they were being very honest about the condition of my door. I feel confident that my door will be in good working condition for some time now. My installer was superb. He was eager to get the job done despite the late hour on a Sunday afternoon. He explained the work needed, reviewed the products he recommended, I made a selection and he went to work and finished in the time he estimated. The installation is excellent and the door opener is way better than the one replaced which was noisy and able to be heard at the rear of the house. I barely hear it operating now even when standing in the garage.

Caleb was extremely nice and pleasant to talk to. He called to notify me he was on his way. He even offered to pick up tacos or coffee which was very kind. Overall everything was explained to me and the bill was less than was estimated. He also recommended future upgrades. This is not the first time I haves used precision and won’t be the last.
