David Arreguin was our service technician. He came out exactly during the time that was scheduled. He thoroughly inspected the garage door assembly, explained what was wrong, offered suggestions as to what needed to be repaired and gave us an estimate and then promptly got to work. We needed new springs, pulleys, etc. After repeated daily use, parts do wear out. Precision always has the parts on hand to fix garage doors on the spot. No need to wait for parts to come in. The service was performed professionally and clean up was great. This is why we use Precision Overhead Door again and again!

Precision Garage Door Service provided me with top notch service. Ricky Hernadaz, the tech, performed a major repair/replacement in less than an hour. He explained the repairs, what I was getting, and how to use it. He also programed my new and old remotes to the new unit, as well as programed both of our cars. I would and will highly recommend Precision Door Service for all your garage door needs. And if Ricky is your tech, he'll take care of everything. Kevin Washington

Aaron was very thorough in his explanations of everything, as well as providing options of service that he could do today that might fit in my budget. He also gave advice on lubricating the door parts monthly to hopefully avoid some issues in the future. He left his working area clean and was great the whole time. Definitely deserves a positive review!

My technicians were Aaron and Dustin. Both were very courteous and explained exactly what needed to be adjusted ( the spring needed tightening , etc). Bearings were replaced. I watched as they completed repairs. Even though my garage door is several years old, they felt that it was still in fairly good condition. I appreciated the fact that they were being very honest about the condition of my door. I feel confident that my door will be in good working condition for some time now. I would highly recommend Aaron and Dustin for any garage door repair. I’ll also refer them when I have that opportunity. Ann Alwood

My installer was superb. He was eager to get the job done despite the late hour on a Sunday afternoon. He explained the work needed, reviewed the products he recommended, I made a selection and he went to work and finished in the time he estimated. The installation is excellent and the door opener is way better than the one replaced which was noisy and able to be heard at the rear of the house. I barely hear it operating now even when standing in the garage.

Caleb was extremely nice and pleasant to talk to. He called to notify me he was on his way. He even offered to pick up tacos or coffee which was very kind. Overall everything was explained to me and the bill was less than was estimated. He also recommended future upgrades. This is not the first time I haves used precision and won’t be the last.

Called Precision based on a recommendation. Response was amazingly quick. That same day, a thorough inspection and servicing was provided by a highly skilled and pleasant technician (Ricky); a lost remote was also replaced. At some point in the near future, the garage door will need to be replaced based on age and use. I now know exactly who I'll be contacting for that work.

I received same day service. I needed a wire spliced back together and the price was $119.00. I think that price for splicing wires together was rather high. I agreed and had the work done.
