Moved into a new home and garage door was partially broken and not opening at all. Precision sent Ricky the next day who fixed it under an hour. Service was very efficient and affordable. Called Precision based on a recommendation. Response was amazingly quick. That same day, a thorough inspection and servicing was provided by a highly skilled and pleasant technician (Ricky); a lost remote was also replaced. At some point in the near future, the garage door will need to be replaced based on age and use. I now know exactly who I'll be contacting for that work.

He evaluated the garage door and pointed out the condition which made it impractical to conduct a repair which would be long term and suggested a temporary repair in order to close and secure the garage while waiting to decide on how to proceed. We were supposed to receive three separate estimates for replacement, however received three separate estimates for replacement all for the same cost. So no real choice on pricing just this the price no matter which you decide it’s all the same cost. Getting other estimates.
