Precision was recommended by my daughter who used them several times in the past and was very pleased with their work. Before I talked to my daughter I had another company come out and they gave me an estimate which was very high. I scheduled an appointment online with Precision and Patrick arrived the next morning on time. He was very professional, knowledgeable and polite explaining all that was needed to repair my door. The price was several hundred dollars less than the other company. The door is working great and I am very happy how he handled everything and cleaned up taking all broken parts. I highly recommend Precision overhead door.

Just had a terrible inconvenience with my garage door going out. The doors were installed over a year ago and we had not had any problems. I called Precision and they promptly responded in a little over an hour. Greg came out and quickly located and fixed two problems and mentioned the work was guaranteed. I only paid the service charge and he said if they need to come out again within the next thee months that there would not be a fee.
