I chose Precision Door because I've used them before and always had good service. Today was the same. Jesse came to my house earlier than the appointment time and replaced my old opener . He stayed extra time to help me get the app and connect the new door to my phone. He was efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable! Thank you, Jesse!

Ricky Rodriguez handled our garage door repairs in a very efficient and professional manner. He's well-behaved and very informative on everything he was going to do at our house. If all would be as respectful as Ricky, this world would be a much better place!

David was very professional and knowledgeable. He evaluated the garage door and pointed out the condition which made it impractical to conduct a repair which would be long term and suggested a temporary repair in order to close and secure the garage while waiting to decide on how to proceed. We were supposed to receive three separate estimates for replacement, however received three separate estimates for replacement all for the same cost. So no real choice on pricing just this the price no matter which you decide it’s all the same cost. Getting other estimates.

When Molly answered the phone call I placed to Precision Overhead, she was cheerful and provided assurance that the Technician she would send my way could get the job done. Ricky was in communication with me prior to our appointment. He was able to open my garage door within 10 minutes. He was gracious and ind. I applaud his work!! I will probably call again to have one of those button pads installed on the outside of the door! Karyn Rivara

We have been with Precision Garage Doors since we moved here 15+ years ago. This was only our 2nd time having to reach out to them due to ground movement that affected the opening/closing. They came out right away, Greg was very courteous and friendly, explaining what caused the problem and what needed to be fixed, just a minor readjustment! Great company!

Quality products explained well. The installer Ricky Hernandez was prompt, courteous, professional and very thorough. He took the time to professionally survey the site before installation and made the necessary recommendations. During the install, he made all the necessary adjustments to insure a proper installation of the equipment. I'm very happy.

A good friend recommended Greg. He came right away, gave me good advice and though I thought I had a problem he assured me I did not and I really didn’t need any repairs. How refreshing! Thank you very much.

Had a 12 noon appt today but was called right after 9 am to ask if technician could arrive early? Service was done & clearly explained. Eventually the door opener will need replacing but not just yet. Yearly maintenance suggested. Can't remember techs name but he was great.

Even though I chose to wait and get the work done a later date, Greg was very professional and we had a great conversation. This is third time myself or my family has used Precision Garage Door Service. They are fast, friendly have fair prices and do quality work. I will call them again.

The garage door was making terrible noises. Gregg came out promptly, diagnosed a failing motor, and gave me repair options and an estimate. He replaced the motor yesterday and the door works smoothly and quietly ...best it's been in years! Response time was always less than 24 hours. Greg was friendly and informative ,,, very good to work with.

Called to report about a problem with my garage door not closing all the way down and making a loud noise when going up and down. BJ came to my house and said he remembered that he was the one who installed the door. The problem was taken care of in a very short time and the door works great. As a former Air Force Nurse thank you for your service and thank you for your prompt and professional service.

One of our two 22 year-old garage door openers quit working last week. Having had very good service from Precision in the past, I called and asked them to take a look at our old openers and make a recommendation to repair or replace. Based on several factors, we chose to replace our garage door openers. Precision installed the new openers the very next day. From start to finish, Aaron was professional, friendly, and he did a great job explaining our options. After the installation, he made sure he explained all of the features of the openers and that I had no questions. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service.
