We had to repair and replace the springs on our garage. The technician Chris Vern did a quick and excellent job getting the work done. He was very informative and answered all our questions. The prices seemed reasonable in comparison, maybe even lower.

People fine, prices fine, but poor integrity. Quoted a price on phone, almost triple when tech arrived. Did not have those funds available at that time, had to pay $69 for showing up. Got me there with false information and took my money anyway- poor business practice.

I used this company several years ago to install a new door and gave them an excellent rating. Moved to a new location and needed help with the existing door. Same experience- excellent. I've lived in my house since it was built in 1999 and have always used Precision for garage door issues. Today Travis came for a maintenance inspection due to the door sounding kinda loud and clunky on opening and closing. He offered 2 options: oiling and "tune up" or new higher quality rollers and "tune up". No pressure to choose. Chose new rollers and am so pleased. Great employee of a great company. Thanks!

Chris was very professional and knowledgeable. I greatly appreciate the time that he took to analyze my problem and provide me with a solution. When he left we were happy with the decision. I have to add that I am not happy with the MyQ app per say. I wanted to change the email address on my account and the app forces you to delete the WiFi garage door opener and create a new account. The process took 2 hours leaving me worse than I started this morning. I hope tomorrow is brighter than today.

Everyone was great! This door was installed in October of 2009 and I had purchased a lifetime parts warranty. Well one of the springs broke. They were here the next morning. The technician Wesley was very professional and replaced both springs! Parts were covered by the warranty and a honest labor fee of $90. Great customer service! Needed a spring replaced. The door and parts were 25 years old. Precision had a package price that allowed us to replace everything but the door itself, rollers, drums, cables, and opener w WiFi. Chris V was professional, helpful, and was able to do it all on that first visit. Which was the day after I called!
