Chris was very professional and knowledgeable. I greatly appreciate the time that he took to analyze my problem and provide me with a solution. When he left we were happy with the decision. I have to add that I am not happy with the MyQ app per say. I wanted to change the email address on my account and the app forces you to delete the WiFi garage door opener and create a new account. The process took 2 hours leaving me worse than I started this morning. I hope tomorrow is brighter than today.

Everyone was great! This door was installed in October of 2009 and I had purchased a lifetime parts warranty. Well one of the springs broke. They were here the next morning. The technician Wesley was very professional and replaced both springs! Parts were covered by the warranty and a honest labor fee of $90. Great customer service! Chris from precision door was very professional came out on time and was able to take a look at our garage door. We had gotten new garage doors from them this past year and one of them was making a small noise. He was able to troubleshoot it and make sure everything was working properly.

Needed a spring replaced. The door and parts were 25 years old. Precision had a package price that allowed us to replace everything but the door itself, rollers, drums, cables, and opener w WiFi. Chris V was professional, helpful, and was able to do it all on that first visit. Which was the day after I called!

Ricky provided excellent customer service and explained everything he needed to do to install the new garage door opener. He explained about the garage door entrance panel outside and also about the panel on the inside and the remotes. Also explained how to lock the garage when we would be gone on vacation or away from the house for awhile. He answered all the questions we had. He was very courteous and respectful. Very disappointed with this company. 70.00 dollars for 5 minutes. The conversation started with “how old is your door” and then to “we don’t work on these types because they are like Roach.” Didn’t even look at the loose cable but more time telling me how their product will take care of the problem by replacing the springs and cables. All this for $1,400 dollars the day after Christmas. Wes was more concern about selling me a new product versus trying to fix it. Nice website but definitely “I don’t recommend.” Awful service

This morning when my son pushed the indoor garage door opener, the garage door slam down. I am so glad no one was hurt. The spring broke. I did not know who to contact to come and fix the garage door. When I saw Precision Overhead Garage was a 24/7 repair service- I noticed on their ad garage door can break at anytime . That is a true statement. I made an appointment on line-easy. They have a variety of appointment times-snap! I made the appointment and within an hour Wesley contacted me and said he could come out earlier-snap :0). He came out assessed my garage door. Gave me a fair estimate- with a military discount - double snap!! Wes fixed the garage door, installed the new motor in less than two hours. He was professional and pleasant . He explained how to work the new key pad and everything. Wes thank you so much. You are totally awesome. I highly recommend this garage door repair service. Ask for Wes. :0)
