The Svc Rep, Jason Dawson, quickly identified the problem of a wiring defect. He also noticed that one of the brackets was broken and needed replacement. Also said the rollers needed to be replaced. After work was completed it was a noticable improvement of the garage door opening and closing and much quieter. I would have given a 5 star rating except for price of parts. I was given a little price break on the overall billing. I still do highly recommend this company.

They sent an email letting me know who was coming and it helped relieve anxiety knowing who would be coming to my home.
