Same day service was a priority. Pat, the technician who replaced my 16-year old garage door openers, was very professional and did an outstanding job. He explained the problems with my old openers and recommended several options. He did a great job installing the new openers and I am extremely satisfied. Look up garage door repair by google...pick Precision as it was 24 hr service....however no one was available until the next morning. Scheduled appt for this morning...tech arrived around 9:30am. He was pleasant and informative on what was wrong with garage door. Was happy with his service and over all friendliness.

I was shocked the by the charges for a simple task. I was quoted a service call fee of $49.95. The technician arrived, got a ladder, unplugged and then plugged back in the inoperative unit. That was it, but an excessive “fee” added to the service call fee. He then suggested, “while he was there” lubricating the doors. That was about 5 minutes of using a spray can to spray springs and mechanism. Another ridiculously excessive “fee.” The total became $169! It was a mistake calling this company, the padded bill in no way reflected the brief, simple services all added to the service call. I will never call them again.
