They sent an email letting me know who was coming and it helped relieve anxiety knowing who would be coming to my home. After many years, the motor on our Precision garage door opener gave out. I really appreciated, Mark, our technician coming out for same day service! He was very polite, knowledgeable, and replaced the old motor in less than 30 min. I was very happy that he was able to reprogram our keypad which had not worked in years. We are very pleased with the quality of the equipment, and the service, and will call Precision again for any future garage door needs!
