About 15 years ago, Precision Garage Door put up my brand new garage doors and in an outstanding job recently. I had a problem so I called Precision Garage Door because they did such a fine job to begin with. I was scheduled for service from 10 AM to 2 PM and young Jonathan showed up called me and said would it be all right if he came a little bit early which was super for me so he got there about 945 or so he got everything done his quotes for excellent.. It was able to get everything done no matter of an hour and a half or so to my extreme satisfaction he was courteous, cheerful, brave, thrifty, and reverent a fine young man and I would gladly give him 10 stars for his performance. I have referred other others in the past to Precision. I will continue to do so.

The technician, Patrick, was professional - called ahead of time, knowledgeable, friendly, explained the work to be done, and checked to ensure the new keypad was working properly. Our garage door broke around 3:30 pm and I called Precison and they had a technician at our house at 4:15 pm the same day. Precision installed my garage door opener several years ago. I called because I needed to replace my remote. I called on Saturday and got an appointment for the next day. Jonathan was scheduled for 2p and called to say that he could arrive earlier if we'd be avaliable. We were and he arrived within 15 minutes. We are very satisfied with the service he provided. Jonathan was professional, courteous, efficient , and a good listener. Even though we just needed the replacement remote, he conducted a brief inspection and called out some things we need to keep an eye on. At some point we'll need additional servicing and we'll no doubt return to Precision.
