The scheduling of the garage door emergency repair appointment for Sunday was amazingly easy, and the scheduler was helpful, informative, and genuinely nice. The technician arrived on time, and discovered and fixed the garage door problem right away. He answered all my questions even before I had time to ask them. When I asked about replacing the garage doors and equipment, he was extremely helpful, not pushy, and was honest about what really needed to be replaced or upgraded. The cost was reasonable for a Sunday morning emergency repair. I am very satisfied with Precision Garage Door Company.

When my spring broke on my garage door I remembered Precision Door and called them and they could come out that same day. As you could imagine, being a senior I was a little apprehensive with having it repaired and not having to worry about getting taken for a lot of money. I was Pleasantly surprised and my tech Tony put my mind at ease and explained everything that I Needed and told me of thing that could wait until later. It was so refreshing to have an honest person explain the issues to me that were needed to get my door working again. Thank you Tony, you made this stressful time much easier

After buying a new garage door and opener from Precision. My wife and I were very pleased with the quality of product and the courteous and professional employee that installed it all. Couldn't have gone any better. A few months later, after settling, the door was binding slightly. I called and Precision sent out Greg. He was extremely polite and professional. Let me know everything he was doing and why. If I could only get this kind of customer service from other companies!! 5-start company and employees. Would highly recommend for any garage door/opener needs. My hat is off to them!

Tech came out for the appt the same day I called. As a matter of fact he texted and asked if it was ok if he came early! Very knowledgeable - had to change/convert the type of tension spring my door had so it was pricey. Tech did what he could to keep costs down.

I wouldn’t recommend this company for any garage door service. I made appointment to have tech come out and replace garage door opener. The tech arrived and promptly tried to convince me I needed coils replaced on my garage door because supposedly the coils I had replaced 5 years ago were the wrong size for my garage door. So when I googled garage door size & coils the coil size recommended was the size that had been installed on my garage door 5 years ago. When I declined coil replacement and told him I only need garage door replaced, he gave me some malarkey about if I didn’t replace coils then he couldn’t replace garage door opener because it would void warranty for garage door opener. He quoted a total of $1385 for coils & garage door opener. I told him I only need garage door opener changed out. He quoted $850 for garage door opener replacement but said he couldn’t do garage door opener replacement without coil replacement. I told him if he wasn’t going to replace my garage door opener then I wasn’t going to pay service call fee. He contacted his supervisor and then he left my residence.

People do your research! A simple google search for my garage door opener brand lead me to find a part replacement that cost $22 on Amazon. A step by step install instruction video and I now have my garage door opener working again. I didn’t need garage door opener or coils after all. Thanks for nothing Precision!!
