Technician came out on a Sunday, even showed up early. Very professional, diagnosed the problem immediately, and an hour or so later, the door was functioning just fine. He also inspected all elements of the opener and the door. Very courteous, answered all my questions in a language that I could understand, no technical talk, just a layman's oriented explanation. Great service, reasonable price and first class work. Highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service.

This is the 3rd time we have used Precision Door--over about it a 15 year period. Replaced a garage door and got the warranty on the new springs. Five years ago a new opener; then a couple years ago, a spring broke and warranty replaced them. Today, IVAN replaced the door sensors. EVERY VISIT by Precision technicians was done professionally. A GREAT company to make things right.

Very pleased with response time (did not require same day service) of two work days after contacting Precision. Garage doors had been operating roughly. Technicians immediately identified rollers off the track, bent tracks, and rollers beginning to break down. All fixed in under an hour. Appreciate honoring Angie's List membership.

Your San Antonio office staff were extremely helpful in ordering the Genie keypad and following up to let me know it came in. The tech was very courteous and professional. He also replaced the rollers on the garage door. I chose your company over the company that initially installed the garage door system and keypad, after having unpleasant experiences in trying to get the keypad repaired/installed. The main call-in number (not through your local office) was not as helpful.
