Phenomenal on-time service! The technician was courteous, knowledgeable and completed the work quickly but in a caring manner. He took the time to explain and show me the work that was performed. I had an oops moment and broke my garage door. I called Precision Door service and within 2 day they had someone out to see what I had done. After my headache went away I knew I needed a new door, it was measured and ordered and within a reasonable time it was replaced with a real nice new one. The service was timely, fast and efficient. Joe was awesome! The entire organization exceeded my expectations once again. I was told Thursday was the earliest they could come by. My concern was I had no way of closing the door. Joe came by a day early and fixed it within minutes. Precision is the only garage door services to use. Thanks for making the experience absolutely exceptional.

I made an appt with Precision for the next day and they called and were able to come earlier. The employee was knowledgeable and pleasant. He inspected both doors, found the issue as well as another problem with the malfunctioning door and quickly fixed the issues. He inspected the other door as well and made prudent comments regarding a possible future issue. Price was reasonable to fix the problem door. I was pleased with the visit.

We chose Precision for their knowledge of the products they sell, and for their favorable reputation for customer service. We wanted new doors to replace the heavy, wooden doors installed originally by the builder more than 40 years ago. Our new doors were installed by Larry Andrews, whose expertise was obvious and who could not have been more courteous and professional. We like our new Grand Harbor doors, both for their function and for their appearance.
