Prescision installed my garage door openers, so I didn’t think of anyone else for repairs. Also, the person who installed them was very professional; did a great job and impressed me with his professionalism. The technician who came by to check out my problem arrived shortly after I made the call. He called and asked if he could come by sooner and I was very happy about that. He diagnosed the problem almost immediately and explained the problem and fixed it on the spot. I’m very impressed with this company.

I liked what I saw in the tv ads and then when my garage door was acting up I went online and scheduled an appointment. Greg called before he headed over. He was polite and professional and explained what he saw and what he could do. I was impressed with the lifetime warranty and agreed to the repairs he recommended. He was done in about an hour and oh my gosh! Night and day difference! No more noisy jerking movements. It opened and closed smoothly.
