Caleb was extremely nice and pleasant to talk to. He called to notify me he was on his way. He even offered to pick up tacos or coffee which was very kind. Overall everything was explained to me and the bill was less than was estimated. He also recommended future upgrades. This is not the first time I haves used precision and won’t be the last.

Called Precision based on a recommendation. Response was amazingly quick. That same day, a thorough inspection and servicing was provided by a highly skilled and pleasant technician (Ricky); a lost remote was also replaced. At some point in the near future, the garage door will need to be replaced based on age and use. I now know exactly who I'll be contacting for that work.

I received same day service. I needed a wire spliced back together and the price was $119.00. I think that price for splicing wires together was rather high. I agreed and had the work done.

David was very professional and knowledgeable. He evaluated the garage door and pointed out the condition which made it impractical to conduct a repair which would be long term and suggested a temporary repair in order to close and secure the garage while waiting to decide on how to proceed. We were supposed to receive three separate estimates for replacement, however received three separate estimates for replacement all for the same cost. So no real choice on pricing just this the price no matter which you decide it’s all the same cost. Getting other estimates.

The guy you sent to my house seemed like he didn’t want to work office told me it’ll cost about $150 guy was charging 350 then tried to send me to his friend for $1300 that can do a better job for cheaper also told me Home Depot has a whole garage door for 300

Had a 12 noon appt today but was called right after 9 am to ask if technician could arrive early? Service was done & clearly explained. Eventually the door opener will need replacing but not just yet. Yearly maintenance suggested. Can't remember techs name but he was great.

Greg was on time, he gave me three choices on repairs after explaining what each choice entailed. Even though I chose to wait and get the work done a later date, Greg was very professional and we had a great conversation.
