This is my 3rd time using Precision. This time they replaced the torsion spring. I have an old house with an odd sized door. They never fail to know exactly what is needed to keep it and the opener running smoothly.

Saturday morning the spring on our garage door broke. I wasn't sure if I would be able to find anyone to come out on the weekend to replace it. I called Overhead Garage Precision Door Service and they had a technician come out at the end of the day. In the afternoon Dan called me to let me know he was on his way around and should be at my place around 4:45. Dan was on time, he was polite and explained what he was going to do. Dan was in and out within 30 or 45 minutes. He explained and showed me everything he was doing. He loved to talk and was personable. He gave me options and recommendation with replacement of parts and warranty along with hints in maintaining the door when he was finished. I would definitely call Precision in the future for any repairs or services for my garage door or opener.
