On 8/31/15 at 2:50 PM my garage door spring broke. I called Precision immediately because we couldn't lift the door and both of our vehicles were inside. Your technician, Jason, called within 10 min to verify my address, and arrived 5 min later. He replaced the single broken spring with a dual spring system, and all the roller wheels. I can't belived how quiet and smooth the garage doors moves now. He completed the job and was gone by 4:15. Jason was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and fast. I couldn't believe he arrived so quickly...and had the job completed so quickly. I recommended your company to four of my golf buddies today.

After looking for a garage door repair company I settled on Precision because of their reviews.I was nervous about this adventure since I was already burned by one guy.Damian was great in getting to me and working with me on a door and price to fit my needs, and Larry was on time and quick with the arrival time and installation of a new set up, even after having to remove the old door.I HIGHLY recommend this company.
