ON 3/21/17 IVAN ROSALES , OUR TECHNICIAN WAS VERY PROMPT,PROFESSIONAL,PERSONABLE,FAIR,CARING AND VERY PATIENT.HE PUT A BENT GARAGE DOOR BACK ON THE RAILS, IT GOT OFF TRACK FROM ME ACCIDENTALLY BACKING UP INTO THE DOOR ,THOUGHT IT WAS UP.IT WAS UP ABOUT 3-4 FT. I FELT REALLY BAD AND HE REASSURED ME HE SEES IT A LOT AND ,THE DOOR COULD OF BEEN DAMAGED A LOT WORSE.AFTER ASSESSING THE DAMAGE HE GAVE ME MY OPTIONS,REPAIR OR REPLACE,HE WAS 50, 50,THINKING ABOUT MOVING IN ABOUT 5 YRS.DECIDED ON REPAIR NOW.I LIKED THAT HE WAS HONEST IN HIS ASSESSMENT AND WAS NOT PUSHY. REPLACED 3 BROKEN HINGES,STRAIGHTENED BENT RAILS AND GLUED SPLIT RUBBER FROM BOTTOM OF DOOR WITH GLUE I GAVE HIM.NOTED SMALL CRACK IN UPPER PANEL.CHECKED BOTH DOORS OUT.EVERYTHING IN GOOD SHAPE.LUBRICATED BOTH DOOR TRACTS AND OTHER PARTS AS NEEDED.I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH HIS WORKMANSHIP AND CARING ATTITUDE.WE USED THIS CO. 2 OTHER TIMES IN THE PAST AND WAS SATISFIED .I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS CO.5 STARS.

Mike Dahl did my garage door overhaul a month ago, He came back for a minor problem. He explained everything, solved the problem at no charge. This company is very unusual in that they set a 2 hour window for appointments, show up on time, call before they get there, do the work quick and neat and are gone. I chose Precision for my door repair because the first company that I called, didn't show up or call during my appointment time frame. I had seen a Precision truck in the neighborhood and decided to give them a call. They scheduled for the next day at a price that was almost 1/2 of what the first company was going to charge. When Mike Dahl showed up, he explained the options I had with my broken spring. He would gladly fix only what was broken or give the door an overhaul with 2 new springs, rollers, and a bearing. I chose the Full Meal Deal because of the lifetime warranty. Mike was very knowledgeable about the workings of the door and explained everything well. The work was done quickly and neatly. I'm really glad the other company did't show up.
