Had our garage doors serviced 5 June 2018, technician showed up early, a big plus! Not only was he early, he was a pleasure to work with. I explained my issues, and he went straight to work and resolved my issues straight away. I would say that anyone would be happy to have this technician on their pay roll. He was upbeat, positive, and very knowledgeable, and he spoke very highly of the company. I would say, a very good representative of your company..... Thank you so much

I would highly recommend this company. Dan installed new rollers on my garage door, checked and secured the sensor on my garage wall, and programmed my new remote which I purchased from Precision. Dan was thorough, skilled, and very personable. He was on time and completed the repair quickly and was very efficient.

Very pleased and satisfied with workmanship. However, the price of $665.00 was a little steep. Although the work and part came with lifetime warranty. The competitor offered the same work (torsion spring conversion) for less to include a two-year warranty parts and labor ($389.00). Not for sure if the difference in your prices is connected to the lifetime warranty. But $276.00 is a little pricy for an extended warranty. Overall Dan the technician did an outstanding job in installation and adjustment of my broken garage door. Thanks

Prompt service even on a Saturday afternoon with no emergency fees, etc. Monty was a pleasure to work with and within 45 minutes he had replaced both springs, lubricated the door and gave great advice on how to properly maintain the garage door. 5 STARS!!!

When Jason came over I explained to him that we are doing a renovation in several months and my plans do not include this garage door. Jason laid out several options and we tried one of them and the rood responded wonderfully. Jason went through and checked and adjusted all moving parts and he even went as far as to check every single bolt on the entire door. Very good job and they saved me several hundred dollars.
