Had our garage doors serviced 5 June 2018, technician showed up early, a big plus! Not only was he early, he was a pleasure to work with. Very pleased and satisfied with workmanship. However, the price of $665.00 was a little steep. Although the work and part came with lifetime warranty. The competitor offered the same work (torsion spring conversion) for less to include a two-year warranty parts and labor ($389.00). Not for sure if the difference in your prices is connected to the lifetime warranty. But $276.00 is a little pricy for an extended warranty. Overall Dan the technician did an outstanding job in installation and adjustment of my broken garage door. Thanks

Prompt service even on a Saturday afternoon with no emergency fees, etc. Monty was a pleasure to work with and within 45 minutes he had replaced both springs, lubricated the door and gave great advice on how to properly maintain the garage door. 5 STARS!!!
