Our garage door was completely broken beyond repair, and had to be replaced. I made several calls to local garage door companies, but precision garage door service was the only company that called me back in a timely fashion. Jason and Larry were able to tell me exactly what was going to be done, and then it was accomplished. There were no surprises, only solutions. Larry was courteous, professional, and made the entire replacement seem easy. Precision garage door has made a customer for life. Thank you for all you do for your customers.

Excellent experience! 5 Stars! I called on Saturday morning, made an appointment and had a highly qualified and friendly service technician at my door by the afternoon. Dan diagnosed the problem (broken spring), gave me repair options and had it fixed in record time. He even took the time to tune and lube the other door while there.
