Most impressed with Precision Door Service and it's technician, Jason Danson. When I called to schedule an appointment one was given to me for the next day, Sunday, much to my surprise. I was told I would receive an email confirmation which I did. Also, to my surprise they had a picture with the name of all the technicians. Most comforting to know I would recognize the technician when they came to my door. Jason called prior to arrival which I was told would happen. He was most professional and took no time to replace the spring and rollers which were also in need of replacement. Do not hesitate to contact Precision Door Service if the need arises. The door is working well now. I had asked about a lubricant to use on it and either it wasn't mentioned or I've forgotten. I'd used Slick, but can't find it anymore. Please let me know what to get. Thanks
We do offer our lubricant for $9.99 a can. Any oil or silicone base lubricant would do. It is better than no lubricant at all! Just use a small amount on each hinge and roller every quarter.

Garage door was making lots of noises, so that was why we called you as you had originally put in the new doors a few years back. Come to find out, the rollers were the problem.
