When Jason came over I explained to him that we are doing a renovation in several months and my plans do not include this garage door. Jason laid out several options and we tried one of them and the rood responded wonderfully. Jason went through and checked and adjusted all moving parts and he even went as far as to check every single bolt on the entire door. Very good job and they saved me several hundred dollars. I called Precision because my door was making some loud popping sounds and the rollers were falling off the rail. Jason Dawson was very professional. He pointed out some areas where he thought I could improve the life of the door and gave me a precise estimate. He replaced the wheels and springs (I only had one spring). Our sensor repair and tuneup was done today by Jason Dawson. Jason called before he arrived and arrived timely. He quickly figured out our issue was with the sensor. Jason was very friendly and professional and completed the repair and tuneup quickly. We have used Precision in the past and are very satisfied with their quick response! We will definitely use them again in the future!

For me, Precision receives a 5 Star Rating due mostly to Joe S., the Technician, given his technical knowledge, work ethics and conscientious attitude. I had only planned an adjustment but it was obvious by the Technician's clear explanation of door mechanics and load, that an additional spring would be best for my garage door size. I chose to have the work performed and pleased that I did.

Very pleased with the professionalism and quality of service. We purchased 3 commercial insulated garage doors (10ft by 12 ft) along with garage door openers. Mike, our installer, was great to work with. I would highly recommend working with Precision to any friends/family. FYI: I initially tried to work with another company here in town and the difference btwn Precision and the other company was a very pleasant surprise.

I am very satisfied with the work done on my garage door. It needed new springs and I had Jason put on new rollers as well, it was just a matter of time before they failed. I was initially impressed by the fact that my phone call was answered by a live person at 8:30 PM! The man stated that they would have Jason come out on Wednesday (I called Monday evening) and I would be his first call. He was to be here between 8 and 10 AM Wednesday morning. He called at 8:53 and stated he would be here at 9:20. He did not arrive until 9:35 but was knowledgeable and friendly. I guess my only issue is that although he arrived within the window of time given, if I was his first stop, he sure got started late and I needed to get to work myself. The repair was a bit pricey but needed to be done. The price included a service call charge of right at $50....I can understand charging for a service call if the customer doesn't need or want Precision to do the work, however it seems a bit "greedy" to charge for a service call when you got the job and are doing the repair....getting paid for the parts and labor....just sayin' Jason was a nice fellow who knows his stuff...so I gave you guys 4 stars.
