Due to the nature of the repair request, the technician had to order new weather stripping and reschedule the site visit. It was noted the next visit would have been 06/09/14, but distributor was not open to provide the needed parts. Thus, the scheduled visit did not happen instead to be performed on 06/10/14. Repairs took little time to install and cost was reasonable. Overall good review for all.

He and Damian showed up precisely on time and finished the garage door repair/overhaul and installation of a new Precision PDS 800 belt drive opener in less than two hours. In addition to teaching me how to program and operate the new opener, they hauled off the old opener and cleaned up after themselves.
