We had used Precision in the past for various garage door issues. A few years back they replaced the motors in both of our doors. Decided that the doors needed an annual review and tune up. Jonathan was great at assessing the need for new rollors and installing them as well as the rubber lip at the bottom of both doors. One less household item to worry about.

The bluetooth board on my garage door opener stopped working on a unit that I had installed a year earlier so it would no longer connect to the wifi. The manufacturer sent a new part so I contacted Precision to have it installed. They sent out the same technician (Ricky) who had installed the opener the year before. Ricky is amazing! He's super knowledgeable and one of the nicest people you would ever meet. It was then end of the day and we were in the hot garage (in Texas in August) and he fixed the problem with a smile on his face the entire time. He definitely gets 5 stars! It was a true pleasure to work with him. You can tell he's someone who really loves what he does!

Precision is a fine organization and we have had success with them in the past however there proposal to replace a broken spring is $700 more than other bids we received for the same job. They are losing a good customer by overpricing their services.

Remote openers weren’t working consistently, even with new batteries. Justin made sure the problem was actually the remotes and then set up a new opener for us. It was very easy to make an appointment and the company confirmed a couple days out. The technician called ahead with an ETA and the company actually sent a picture and name of the technician, so we could be assured the individual at our door was the tech.
