David was very professional and knowledgeable. He evaluated the garage door and pointed out the condition which made it impractical to conduct a repair which would be long term and suggested a temporary repair in order to close and secure the garage while waiting to decide on how to proceed. We were supposed to receive three separate estimates for replacement, however received three separate estimates for replacement all for the same cost. So no real choice on pricing just this the price no matter which you decide it’s all the same cost. Getting other estimates.

The guy you sent to my house seemed like he didn’t want to work office told me it’ll cost about $150 guy was charging 350 then tried to send me to his friend for $1300 that can do a better job for cheaper also told me Home Depot has a whole garage door for 300

We have been with Precision Garage Doors since we moved here 15+ years ago. This was only our 2nd time having to reach out to them due to ground movement that affected the opening/closing. He took the time to professionally survey the site before installation and made the necessary recommendations. Had a 12 noon appt today but was called right after 9 am to ask if technician could arrive early? Service was done & clearly explained. Eventually the door opener will need replacing but not just yet. Yearly maintenance suggested. Can't remember techs name but he was great.

Greg was on time, he gave me three choices on repairs after explaining what each choice entailed. Even though I chose to wait and get the work done a later date, Greg was very professional and we had a great conversation. We were having issues with our garage door closing properly. Patrick Mulholl came by today, and readjusted our garage door opener sensors. He also performed a garage door tune-up The door is opening and closing properly now, and is operating much quieter. Patrick was very friendly and knowledgeable. The garage door was making terrible noises. Gregg came out promptly, diagnosed a failing motor, and gave me repair options and an estimate. He replaced the motor yesterday and the door works smoothly and quietly ...best it's been in years! Response time was always less than 24 hours. Called to report about a problem with my garage door not closing all the way down and making a loud noise when going up and down. One of our two 22 year-old garage door openers quit working last week. Having had very good service from Precision in the past, I called and asked them to take a look at our old openers and make a recommendation to repair or replace. Based on several factors, we chose to replace our garage door openers. Precision installed the new openers the very next day. Our pressure spring broke this morning. Called Precision and was able to get a appointment same day. Mr Wesley was on time.
