Patrick was the service man who came to fix our broken spring, he checked out our door which was very old approx 40 years old and he recommend replacing all the parts which would give us a lifetime warranty. He did the work and would recommend him for any job needed on a garage door.

Just had a terrible inconvenience with my garage door going out. The doors were installed over a year ago and we had not had any problems. I called Precision and they promptly responded in a little over an hour. Greg came out and quickly located and fixed two problems and mentioned the work was guaranteed. I only paid the service charge and he said if they need to come out again within the next thee months that there would not be a fee. Greg was most helpful and explained to me and my wife what to do if we ever found ourselves in this situation in the future. The great customer service quickly put us at easy. Thank you Precision!!

The torsion spring on my garage door broke. Precision Garage Door was recommended by a friend so I gave them a call. They quoted me a time that same day from 4-6pm. The technician (David) was able to do it sooner and the spring was replaced before 4pm. David was friendly and knowledgeable. He gave me several options to choose from and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. The job was complete in 30 minutes. Very impressed with the service and quality of work.

My garage door is 26 years old and was making a lot of noise when going up and down. Going down it hit the ground with a loud bang. I assumed the door needed to completely replaced since it is so old. Chris came out from Precision Overhead Door to give me an estimate on replacing the door. After carefully inspecting the door panels and all the moving parts he identified a broken spring and issues with the rollers that he thought would take care of my problem. After carefully inspecting the panels he said they were in good shape despite their age. He gave me an estimate for repairing the existing door and for complete replacement. I opted for the repair and Chris did it on the spot. When he finished Chris gave me careful instructions on how to properly maintain the door. The door operates very quietly and smoothly now. I STRONGLY recommend Precision Overhead Door and also that you ask for Chris. The company clearly has a culture of wanting to do what is right and best for their customers. Also be sure and ask for Chris, he did a great job for me.

My garage door needed urgent repair on a Saturday morning after it came crashing down due to a broken spring. I could not open it manually, and my car was stuck inside the garage. I called Precision Overhead Door of San Antonio and within 3 hours a technician arrived, assessed the situation and provided an estimate, which I thought was quite reasonable. The technician(Rick) fixed the problem to my complete satisfaction. He was courteous, very professional and competent.
