The service was awesome. My technician Travis arrived right on time and was super helpful. He completed the job fast and right. You usually don’t get both. Hopefully I don’t have to use them again anytime soon, but I would gladly call them if the need arose.

Early Friday morning discovered a broke spring on my garage door. Could not open the door due to the broken spring. My cars were trapped in the garage. Called Precision about 7:30am. Lady that handle the call was very professional and set up a service appointment to arrive between 2:00 and 4:00 pm. Technician James Ward arrived around 2:00 pm. James was very professional. He explained everything in detail. Garage door now works better and is much more silent during operation. James Ward is a credit to Precision.

James Ward was the service tech that came to my house to fix a broken spring and make a few other adjustments. James was knowledgeable, courteous and displayed a high degree of commitment to do his job well. Within a couple of hours the job was complete to my satisfaction.
