Awesome experience. Chris was great, very professional and reviewed all the options. Came within an hour of submitting the request online. We needed a pretty comprehensive fix and he went over everything possible - from the least to most expensive. Work was done very well and warranty coverage is awesome.

Very disappointed with this company. 70.00 dollars for 5 minutes. The conversation started with “how old is your door” and then to “we don’t work on these types because they are like Roach.” Didn’t even look at the loose cable but more time telling me how their product will take care of the problem by replacing the springs and cables. All this for $1,400 dollars the day after Christmas. Wes was more concern about selling me a new product versus trying to fix it. Nice website but definitely “I don’t recommend.” Awful service

This morning when my son pushed the indoor garage door opener, the garage door slam down. I am so glad no one was hurt. The spring broke. I did not know who to contact to come and fix the garage door. When I saw Precision Overhead Garage was a 24/7 repair service- I noticed on their ad garage door can break at anytime . That is a true statement. I made an appointment on line-easy. They have a variety of appointment times-snap! I made the appointment and within an hour Wesley contacted me and said he could come out earlier-snap :0). He came out assessed my garage door. Gave me a fair estimate- with a military discount - double snap!! Wes fixed the garage door, installed the new motor in less than two hours. He was professional and pleasant . He explained how to work the new key pad and everything. Wes thank you so much. You are totally awesome. I highly recommend this garage door repair service. Ask for Wes. :0)

I always see the commercials for Precision on TV. I thought I’d give them a try. The communication for the appointment was excellent. The technician phoned when he was on his way. Prescision installed my garage door openers, so I didn’t think of anyone else for repairs. Also, the person who installed them was very professional; did a great job and impressed me with his professionalism. The technician who came by to check out my problem arrived shortly after I made the call. He called and asked if he could come by sooner and I was very happy about that. He diagnosed the problem almost immediately and explained the problem and fixed it on the spot. I’m very impressed with this company.

I liked what I saw in the tv ads and then when my garage door was acting up I went online and scheduled an appointment. Greg called before he headed over.
