He was very professional, thorough and a great representative for your company. I've been dealing with precision since the early 90's and recommend them for any all of your needs. Precision was recommended by my daughter who used them several times in the past and was very pleased with their work. Before I talked to my daughter I had another company come out and they gave me an estimate which was very high. I scheduled an appointment online with Precision and Patrick arrived the next morning on time. He was very professional, knowledgeable and polite explaining all that was needed to repair my door. The price was several hundred dollars less than the other company. The door is working great and I am very happy how he handled everything and cleaned up taking all broken parts. I highly recommend Precision overhead door.
