Art was an awesome youngman and came at the appropriate time. He was very good and very quick. Less than an hour total time in replacing 2 springs and all the rollers. Door goes up and down much quiter and smoother.

Patrick Mulholland did an excellent job repairing our garage door and doing a tune up. He spotted a number of areas that needed small adjustments that could lead to big problems. He had excellent customer service skills and went above and beyond to assist me by helping me get my opener to sync with my car. We had missed the last step of pressing a button on the garage opener mounted to the ceiling. I will definitely use Precision Door again.
