I contacted your office because y’all have always been fast, reliable and do great work. Nur, came out assessed the situation and advised I need a new door. Came out to my house for what I thought would be a quote but showed up with all the equipment necessary and installed their chain drive garage door opener, two car remotes, a pin pad outside the garage door and the inside garage door opener in two hours! Paul Lightell and John did a fantastic job and I am extremely satisfied with their hard work!

Called for garage door service on Thursday, May 19th. I have American Homeshield but wasn't sure if they could get someone to me the same day. To make a long story short, after speaking to the service technician from Precision, who seemed very nice and personable, I was looking at paying near $3200 for a new garage door since everything that was broken according to the service technician couldn't be fixed due to the damage he assessed. I was able to get a vendor from American Homeshield to come that day and fixed all the components that I was told earlier couldn't be fixed. I ended up paying $450 out of pocket. Garage door was fixed in about an hour and works better than before.. At the end of the day I was a little disappointed in Precision and if I could score a 0 I would have. I'm not too happy with this experience this past week with your company and will definitely not use or refer anyone in the future. I feel violated and mistreated. I believe I was almost scammed. What do you think?
