My invoice said the installer charged to install a door. Only thing he did was attach the cable and put one roller back on. Your prices are absolutely insane.
Mrs Rand, We are very sorry you feel unsatisfied or under served. That is never our intention. Although every one is entitled to their opinion I need to remind you of some important things.... *The service fee was waved by your technician in it's entirety as were ALL labor costs. *There is no mention at all anywhere on the invoice of us being called out to INSTALL a door. Your invoice states we were called out to SERVICE your door. *Our fee is not based on time it takes to repair. Our fee is based on the ability to know what to fix as well as having the proper equipment to do so. Putting a roller back on might seem like no big deal to you but there are so many adjustments that need to be made to even GET TO the roller. Precision door has never claimed to be the cheapest. This is an industry that falls into "you get what you pay for." We have claimed to be the best and deliver that quality of an experience. We would of course like to keep you as a customer but we realize Precision isn't right for everyone.

Double door, spring broke, cables came off what a mess. Called Precision Door, Kevin came out and within an hour was back in business. Kevin gave me options and I elected to upgrade from a single spring to dual springs and much sturdier cables, new rollers and now Door operates like new!!! Thanks for the great service.
So glad we were able to fix your garage door issue in under an hour. We try to do it in less than 2 hours but 1 hr is even better! We are elated to hear our techs are doing their jobs so very well!

Replaced the spring on overhead garage door. Purchased door opener a few months ago and Tech offered to replace the spring informing us that it could fail. When door wouldn’t open thought he was trying to eliminate the known failure that was coming.

This morning my I had my garage door repaired by Jason D and it was a painless experience. He made a courtesy call to let me know he was on his way, he showed up on time, and he explained to me in detail what the issues where. He also gave me the breakdown of the price for the repair and was detailed about the warranties as well. Once the repair was completed he allowed me to inspect what he had repaired to ensure that the work was completed correctly. He also did a fantastic job cleaning his work area. Overall Jason went above and beyond and provided exceptional customer service!

I needed major garage door repair. I contacted Precision after looking on the internet and liking their reviews. Service man Nur showed up and introduced himself. A very nice man. He saw my garage door. Examined the problem(s), and made an assessment. He presented me with three solutions with no pressure to choose one. I selected one and he went right to work. Very knowlwdgeable about his work. He explained to me what he was doing and carried on. After he finished he explained to me everything he did. My door was working again. It was a very hot day and he did an excellent job. Thank you Nur for a job well done!!! Thank you Precision. I will gladly recommend you to anyone who needs their garage door fixed!!!
