Patrick responded within an hour of my call for service on my garage door that would not open. The door is several years old so I was expecting to have to replace it. After Patrick assessed the problem, he said it was easily repairable and he could do a complete overhaul. He did an excellent job and was finished within 2 hours. Precision may not be the lowest cost garage door company in the area but you can’t beat their prompt service and quality work. You get what you pay for!

Travis did an outstanding job. He came out with multiple motors for me to pick from, with a description of the difference in the motors. He was able to install the motor the same day. He demonstrated how it worked and set everything up for me. I’m very please with the company and how quickly they set up an appointment and completed my needs in under 24 hours. We ordered the new on January 4th, still no ETA. Were told a couple of weeks ago that it was on a truck to be delivered, checked back a week later and were told the manufacturer said it would be two more weeks before shipping. Regret putting 50% down with only 3 day to cancel.

Of course we had a garage door issue on a holiday. Called this company and operator informed us that a technician would be out in the morning and would call us to let us know when he would be arriving. Technician called ahead to let us know he was on the way and arrived when he said he would. Was very courteous and completed the work as he stated. The technician explained the work that needed to be done and the time he would need to complete the repair. Ver satisfied with the work done. Highly recommend this company.
