Hi guys - just wanted to say thanks for the prompt and effective service you provided in fixing my garage door! I called and scheduled the appointment and the tech showed up same day (within an hour). Jason was nice, friendly, and very knowledgable, He fixed my garage door with expertise and gave me a few pointers on how to maintain the door thereafter. We have called on Precision Door in the past and once again they quickly scheduled a tech to come look at our garage door opener. Jason was very professional, prompt, and knowledgeable. We ended up needing a new opener. The installation went smooth and both Jason and Waylon were professional, prompt and worked quickly to install our new opener. Patrick Cross was our technician & he arrived within the specified time frame. He was courteous & professional & explained the options to us for repairing the broken spring. We chose to upgrade to a 2 spring which he explained has a better longevity than a 1 spring but would also allow us to operate the door to get a vehicle out should the spring break again. This service did not include a lifetime warranty. All in all, the install was done quickly, professionally & we are happy to have an operable door again. Thank you!

I called Precision based on an ad in the phone book. This is the first time I have dealt with them. I had an emergency because a spring had broken on one of my garage doors and I could not get my car out. I called about 11:00 a.m. today and told them that I had to be able to get my car out by 3:00 so I could pick up my granddaughters. Jason Dawson arrived about 12:30 and he manually raised the door. I put the car outside and agreed to let me do a complete repair job on both doors. I am very pleased with the results and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

FIVE STARS! I called Precision because I need a garage door repaired. We are selling our home and that was a request by the buyers. The door had been hit by one of our cars and I wasn’t sure of what I would be told. Monty was sent and I could not have been any more impressed. He called to let me know he was a about 14 minutes away. He was very professional upon his arrival. Because of the reason of my call he could have told me I needed a new garage door and I would have bought one. Instead, he did his best to fix the door and he did an amazing job. He even asked me if I was pleased. I will definitely refer anyone who ask to Precision and ask them to request Monty. Thank you Monty for your professionalism!
