my torsion spring broke and one of the cables. Your service tech Arturo came out on time. He gave me an estimate for new springs cables recommended new rollers. thought it was a little high. then he explained what he was going to do and the warranty so the wife and i decided to go for it. I watched him do his work real professional explained what he was doing. He went to his truck to get a part and said he talked to his supervisor and he said i only needed one spring. so my bill would be cheaper. that was so cool what he did. the door sounded really good going up and down. then he told me something i could do to my door to help it.

My door would not open due to the safety sensors were not working. It turned out the sensors were not replaced when the opener was installed. Notified precision of the problem, an appointment was scheduled for the next day to correct the problem at no charge. Everything was taken care of in a timely professional manner. Thank you.

Mark was fantastic. Gave us a quote for a panel replacement and for a new door. No pressure at all from Mark to go a certain way. We are going to get a new door since our current one is really old. Love the fact that they are going to be able to do the job this week. Another company that came out was going to take 4 weeks to get the job done. Mark was very personable and respectful. I appreciate that he was very conscious of wearing his face covering AND when he saw me take my shoes off at the front door he asked is we had shoe covers to put over his shoes. We don’t and it’s fine...actually on my list of things to buy for people who have to come into the house to do work.

Jason did a great job for us! He explained the overall condition of our garage door. We took his advice and had a new plate installed, new cables and spools and he installed new springs. Balanced the door and lubed all the rollers. Our door works great now and is much quieter.

Did not appreciate the lowball estimate given by the office. When finalizing the order the $500 per door increase was a little bit of a surprise. Appears to be business standard though.

Unfortunately, our prices have changed since August 2020 when our office first provided a quote for you. Also, as of January 1,2021, all manufacturers have a implemented a price increase on all doors and parts by a percentage. Which also means our company was affected by this decision.
