Technician came out on a Sunday, even showed up early. Very professional, diagnosed the problem immediately, and an hour or so later, the door was functioning just fine. He also inspected all elements of the opener and the door. Very courteous, answered all my questions in a language that I could understand, no technical talk, just a layman's oriented explanation.
