I had a new garage door opener installed. Same day service that was fast and efficient. The technician, Danny Kuhn, was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The door opener (a PDS800) runs smooth and is surprisingly quiet for a chain drive. Overall a very pleasant experience and a company that I would recommend to friends and neighbors.

Technician did an excellent job. Came during the time period that the scheduler had told me and was very professional and the work was quality. Being as I've been a customer since 2001 I had hope to get an earlier appointment as the spring was broken and I was not able to get my car out and therefore stuck at home all day. Otherwise... I was very please with my recent service. The Technician, (Damian) was very prompt & professional, (actually arrived early) & called 1st to make sure he could come earlier than the originally scheduled time. He diagnosed the problem quickly, explained to me the cost & process. I did purchase the Limited Lifetime Warranty several years ago when I had new motor & door installed. I highly recommend this to other customers, it has paid off in the long run form me on more than 1 occasion.
