Your San Antonio office staff were extremely helpful in ordering the Genie keypad and following up to let me know it came in. The tech was very courteous and professional. He also replaced the rollers on the garage door. I chose your company over the company that initially installed the garage door system and keypad, after having unpleasant experiences in trying to get the keypad repaired/installed. The main call-in number (not through your local office) was not as helpful.

Jason Dawson was amazing. He and his partner fast, efficient, fair. I had a less than one year old garage door destroyed by tenants. Jason was able to save me money and save my door. Very professional organization. Very impressed.

I tried to leave for work this morning and couldn't. The opener didn't work, nor would the door open manually after pulling the cord. Precision was the first company I called that could get to my house today. Mike Dahl got here and was as professional and knowledgeable as can be. He gave me several options and didn't once try to sell me or encourage replacements. Based on the age and condition of the door and parts, my husband and I decided to opt for a new door and parts. Mike also didn't try and upsell us on a more expensive door. He was honest and fair and I appreciate that. What's more, the cost for a new door, parts, etc. is not that expensive. He had my door operational within 5 minutes so that it will work until they install the new equipment. I will recommend this company to everyone I know. Thank you!

Precision came to my house to repair my garage door after both sides of the door had gone off track. Larry serviced our door and had it back and operational in about 25 minutes -- something I thought would take well over an hour to complete. He did a phenomenal job of getting everything back together -- straightened bent rails, etc. Once he was done he said it would be covered under the warranty. They had swapped out my spring earlier, but this was clearly a completely different problem -- the spring was still intact. What a blessing! They really back up their work. I will call on Precision no matter the issue is for my garage door!

The service I received from Jason at Precision could easily rate 10 stars! I had a trip planned to West Texas, but was concerned that I couldn't leave the garage open, signaling that I was away. Fortunately I had a card from a Precision service call 5 years ago. A quick call to the number and with quick as lightning service, I could make my trip with no worries. I came home and could not open my garage and it being the main entrance to my home, I was so frustrated. Having used Precision at my prior home, I called Precision expecting them to come the next day, but Jason with Precision called me and said he was so early for his next call, that he could come immediately and fix my garage. I was elated. He did a wonderful, thorough job, explaining the repairs to me. He was knowledgable and repaired the garage in no time at all. I would recommend Precision to everyone I know. I recommend five (5) stars.

Very professional, very efficient. So grateful for a Sunday afternoon repair. Fairly new home where garage door bracket was not secured to wood in the attic. Precision repairman secured bracket to rafter. Would definitely recommend.

Last Saturday (9/10/16) I was heading out to work at noon and our garage door opener couldn't open the door. A closer look revealed that the 15 year old main spring above the door had snapped in the middle. My car was in the garage so I wasn't going anywhere. In the garage I searched "Emergence Garage Door Repair San Antonio" and Precision Garage Door came up first. I dialed. Larry was at our house within an hour and the job was done ASAP. Larry was professional, friendly, and efficient. A great experience to a possibly frustrating spring failure. Great job! We highly recommend Precision Garage Door.
