The Technician, (Damian) was very prompt & professional, (actually arrived early) & called 1st to make sure he could come earlier than the originally scheduled time. He diagnosed the problem quickly, explained to me the cost & process. I did purchase the Limited Lifetime Warranty several years ago when I had new motor & door installed. I highly recommend this to other customers, it has paid off in the long run form me on more than 1 occasion.
