Technician had finished previous job early and called to see if he could come sooner. He arrived early, inspected and assessed the job, gave me a quote and went right to work. Even with the issues he had in removing the old spring, he was done very quickly. Mr. Andrews was very friendly, courteous and professional. I was impressed how quick he did the job and didn't try to push and have other things done. I will highly recommend this Company and Mr. Andrews to my Friends and Family if they need garage door work done.

Five star rating in my book! Ad in yellow pages attracted me: BBB, fully equipped truck, family business, same day service, no extra charge for weekends, and $10 off coupon. However, when I called and discovered the $40+ service charge, I called some of the other companies advertizing NO service charge or various other "affordable" language. After talking with them, I decided I would save money in the long run to go with a more reputable company possibly indicated by the fact that they did have a fair service charge. I feel I made the right choice. I am very satisfied with the result. I do not feel I was overcharged for the quality of service obtained!
