Great service from very professional technicians, Damian Siskind and Larry Andrews. Damian came to our home and throughly explained all the available options offered for replacement of our garage doors. After we told him what we were interested in, Damian gave us a cost estimate that we thought was fair. Our doors were installed within two days by Larry and Damian and we are very pleased with the look and the quality. We will definitely recommend Precision Door of San Antonio.

My mother (92) had this door at her house repaired about 2 months ago. Something happened yesterday that made thegarage door mechanism not work (these things happen now and then). She called Gail (?) who she said was exceedingly nice and helpful and arranged to get someone out to the house within an hour (it was getting ready to storm and the door was stuck partially open) to determine what was wrong and to fix it. Mike Dahl showed up, was (per her), very nice, reassuring and professional. He fixed the problem in a relatively short period of time. She was VERY pleased with the response, niceness(?) and professionalism of both Gail and Mike and would recommend the company without any hesitation. We all know something can always go wrong with a repair; the important thing is what does the company do about it. Precision did exactly what they should have done: addressed the problem quickly and professionally. My mother (and I) very much appreciated it. Thank you.

The Precision Door technician called me about arriving approx. an hour early, which was fine by me (time is valuable for both of us!). The tech was very courteous & professional, immediately diagnosing my garage door problem. Got a new garage door opener installed, the entire system checked out & lubricated plus gave me some garage door "101" tips as well. Very good experience & I would highly recommend them!

Precision was great! They came exactly when they said and the technician called 1st to make sure I was home. Jason told me what the problem was and what was causing it. He gave me a total cost but also a lower price for the immediate problem without a lot of pressure to go for the higher priced fix. He also gave me a discount and worked straight through to get the job done asap. He also had all the needed parts in his truck.
