Jason provided exceptional customer service repairing our opener problem. Thankfully some lubrication and adjustment solved our issue. Jason did not attempt to pressure sell but informed us what might happen with our 17 year old system and what options and costs might be in the future. Dan arrived early - that was an historic first right there! You know how you sit and wait and wait for the repair guy to come, or the cable guy to come "sometime between 2 - 4" and its usually 3:59? Dan was at my door before 2:30 - I was impressed!! He was very knowledgeable in what he was doing and explained it all as he went along. There really wasn't much he had to do since it was a relatively simple matter and it was taken care of in short order. At least now the door works again and I can get in and out!! Well-done!
