Jason came as scheduled on 22 Oct 14. The condition was obvious, the paneling was coming apart and the entire door had to be replaced. He went over in detail my options, no pressure on what to buy, answered all my questions and set up an appointment for 22 Oct 14 to have the door replaced. Larry arrived on time on the 22ND, explained what he was going to do and went to work. I checked on him a few times to see if he needed anything but he just pressed on. in approximately 2&1/2 hrs he had the job completed. New door, springs, track and wheels. Completely satisfied with both employees, courtesy, knowledge, and excellent work habits astounded in both men. I won't hesitate to call Precision Door Services if the need ever arises again.

Excellent service on my garage door opener. And, duh, now that I know what the problem was, I will never put my cats in the garage again. Damian spotted the problem and fixed it less than 5 minutes, and also greased the hinges and track to stop the annoying squeaking. I highly recommend Precision.
