Your repair men, Caleb and John were fantastic! Not only did they explain everything to me and go through options, but my grandmother had a medical emergency while they were at my house that I had to run off to. Caleb was extremely accommodating and understanding and said he’d email me the estimates and to give him a call when I’m ready. Extremely good, kind, and professional men.

We were never so happy with the workmanship, and timely way they came to fix our door. I have been going around and around with so many repairmen at my house, and this was such a relief to have him come when he said he would, ,and to do such a good job. Your company installed the garage door and opener originally and did such a nice job that we have never called anyone else to repair the opener; the problem with the opener has existed for about six years but we are on a fixed income and have been saving to take our granddaughters to Disney World, we have now booked our visit and could afford to have y'all look at it. The gentleman that came to look at the problem knew exactly what the remedy was and had it fixed in no time, he was extremely courteous and friendly and we thank you for having such quality personnel. 5 stars.

We have now had a total of three garage doors on two homes (since 2011) repaired by Precision with two different employees doing the work. The company and the technicians are first class. You get what you pay for and you get a lot for what you pay with Precision. We highly recommend this company. Monty Morales was the latest technician to work on two doors for us and his work was flawless. He replaced all of the rollers, springs, pulleys and cables on both doors. They were almost unusable and now they work like new. Monty is a very personable and very capable young man.

Larry Andrews did a superb job from showing up early, extremely cordial, and a work ethic second to none. He replaced two springs that were in bad shape, did the same with a pulley, balanced the doors and made sure nothing else was left out. He did all of this in less than an hour. All together Larry and Precision lived up to their reputation given to me by my neighbor. Thanks again and well done.

I had an appointment with that "other" company who never showed up. I emailed Precision at 7:30 pm hoping they would see it first thing in the morning. They called me within 5 minutes and set an appointment for the next day. The technician was running ahead of schedule and called to see if he could come early. Amazing customer service from both the technician and scheduling staff! Travis was great - told me exactly what I needed. He made suggestions but did not try to push me into stuff I didn't need yet. I will definitely use this company long tern and recommend them to friends.
