From my call for service to the completed work, everything was done in a courteous and professional manner. The technician, Chris, quickly analyzed the problem, provided me with two types of garage door options, and had a bottom-line price within a matter of minutes. Had to call them out again with the same problem. They fixed it in short order. It was the sensor at the bottom of my garage door, it was loose. the company didn’t charge me and rightfully so. they backed up there warranty repair.

I had an appointment with that "other" company who never showed up. I emailed Precision at 7:30 pm hoping they would see it first thing in the morning. They called me within 5 minutes and set an appointment for the next day. The technician was running ahead of schedule and called to see if he could come early. Amazing customer service from both the technician and scheduling staff! Travis was great - told me exactly what I needed. He made suggestions but did not try to push me into stuff I didn't need yet. I will definitely use this company long tern and recommend them to friends.

Your repair men, Caleb and John were fantastic! Not only did they explain everything to me and go through options, but my grandmother had a medical emergency while they were at my house that I had to run off to. Caleb was extremely accommodating and understanding and said he’d email me the estimates and to give him a call when I’m ready. Extremely good, kind, and professional men.

It has been a while since I needed a door fixed but I was satisfied before and had them come back to replace the busted spring assembly in my garage. Setting the appointment was easy.
