Patrick was awesome at explaining the problem with our garage door. I couldn't get the door to close and it was difficult getting in open. I called Precision right away and within a couple of hours they were there to remedy the situation. Patrick replaced the spring system, took his time and lubricated all of the hinges and got it up and running pretty quickly. Very professional and much appreciated. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I called the office and was told someone could be there between 400 and 800. In about 15 minutes Patrick texted he was 15 minutes out. He accessed the situation and gave me a price and had it going in about 45 minutes. Very professional and knowledgeable.

Have used Precision in the past. Needed a 'tune-up' on my door as it has squealed on the down function going on a year. Finally decided to take action. Tech Patrick replaced all my rollers and made adjustments to the door rails as well as ensuring that all hinges, springs and cable gear were well lubricated. Like a new door! Will be calling Precision in the near future to replace the rubber gasket at the bottom of the door.

I contacted Precision Garage Doors and received help quickly. Patrick spotted the trouble almost immediately and repaired the door in minutes. He also noticed "loud banging" that was occurring every time the door went up and down. He fixed that problem as well and now my garage door goes up and down very smoothly. Patrick was very professional, patient and extremely knowledgeable. He was also very honest and didn't try to sell me a new door but simply explained the problems and mentioned the door just needed to be maintained. I wouldn't go with any other garage door company.

Patrick came over early which was great cause garage door was stuck in up position. Patrick explained what was broken. He replaced all broken parts and did a tune-up on the door. I called Friday afternoon at 4:30p needing an underpowered motor replaced......I was fully expecting it to take at least week for troubleshooting, delivery, install, etc. To my pleasant surprise, Patrick was at my door by 8:00a the next morning, and new motor was installed by 10:00a.
