Patrick was great. He was very professional and did a great job. This is the the first garage door opener I’ve had that literally doesn’t make a sound. Patrick explained everything and showed me how to work all the controls. The price I was quoted was exactly the price I paid. I chose this company on my brother’s recommendation and I’m glad I did.

Just want to share my experience with PDS: First of all I’ve checked several websites and comments regarding garage door openers and found PDS was highly recommended. I saw a lot of positive comments about PDS and technician Patrick. So when I called to get an estimate… Patrick came to my rescue. After discussing options to meet my needs Patrick suggested the ideal one. He explained cost, benefits and the warranty. All were on the positive so the estimate turned into a purchase. Patrick Mulholland did an excellent job repairing our garage door and doing a tune up. He spotted a number of areas that needed small adjustments that could lead to big problems. He had excellent customer service skills and went above and beyond to assist me by helping me get my opener to sync with my car. We had missed the last step of pressing a button on the garage opener mounted to the ceiling. I will definitely use Precision Door again.
