Patrick was amazing. I was given several options and he answered every one of my questions with confidence. He got my garage door fixed while I wait for a new overhaul to be installed. He presented himself in a very professional manner.

Patrick responded within an hour of my call for service on my garage door that would not open. The door is several years old so I was expecting to have to replace it. After Patrick assessed the problem, he said it was easily repairable and he could do a complete overhaul. He did an excellent job and was finished within 2 hours. Precision may not be the lowest cost garage door company in the area but you can’t beat their prompt service and quality work. You get what you pay for!

We ordered the new on January 4th, still no ETA. Were told a couple of weeks ago that it was on a truck to be delivered, checked back a week later and were told the manufacturer said it would be two more weeks before shipping. Regret putting 50% down with only 3 day to cancel.
