We ordered the new on January 4th, still no ETA. Were told a couple of weeks ago that it was on a truck to be delivered, checked back a week later and were told the manufacturer said it would be two more weeks before shipping. Regret putting 50% down with only 3 day to cancel.

Chose Precision for their availability, but the customer service is excellent. We are replacing an old garage door and have confidence in Patrick who came out, really knows his stuff. First class.
