Our installer, Patrick, was very professional, timely and made the install of our new garage door opener system smooth and quick. Just want to share my experience with PDS: First of all I’ve checked several websites and comments regarding garage door openers and found PDS was highly recommended. I saw a lot of positive comments about PDS and technician Patrick. So when I called to get an estimate… Patrick came to my rescue. After discussing options to meet my needs Patrick suggested the ideal one. He explained cost, benefits and the warranty. All were on the positive so the estimate turned into a purchase. Patrick was very personable and precessional. He answered all questions / concerns I had and I can’t thank him enough for the great work he performed. Kudos Patrick

Patrick Mulholland did an excellent job repairing our garage door and doing a tune up. He spotted a number of areas that needed small adjustments that could lead to big problems. He had excellent customer service skills and went above and beyond to assist me by helping me get my opener to sync with my car. We had missed the last step of pressing a button on the garage opener mounted to the ceiling. I will definitely use Precision Door again.
A repeat customer is one of the biggest compliments a business could receive. At Precision our techs train intensely...but we also teach about the smallest things being a big deal and to help as absolutely much as they are able to. Patrick is known to go above and beyond every time. Thanks for the kind words!

I accidentally shut our garage door on one of our cars, which lead to an almost complete collapse of the door and severely bent the metal track. I was convinced I would need a complete replacement and was already mentally preparing myself for the massive bill. Then Patrick from Precision came out and told me that he was pretty confident he could have the garage door up and running again in about an hour. I was shocked and a little skeptical, but he was right. A little under an hour later our garage door was running again and it is even quieter than it was before. It’s really nice to find someone who isn’t looking for any excuse to sell you something you don’t need. I’m so happy I trusted Precision and didn’t have to buy a new garage door. Patrick even stayed around a couple extra minutes after the job was done to answer some of my other garage door questions. I would highly recommend Patrick and Precision!

Patrick responded within an hour of my call for service on my garage door that would not open. The door is several years old so I was expecting to have to replace it. After Patrick assessed the problem, he said it was easily repairable and he could do a complete overhaul. He did an excellent job and was finished within 2 hours. Precision may not be the lowest cost garage door company in the area but you can’t beat their prompt service and quality work. You get what you pay for!

We ordered the new on January 4th, still no ETA. Were told a couple of weeks ago that it was on a truck to be delivered, checked back a week later and were told the manufacturer said it would be two more weeks before shipping. Regret putting 50% down with only 3 day to cancel.
