He and Damian showed up precisely on time and finished the garage door repair/overhaul and installation of a new Precision PDS 800 belt drive opener in less than two hours. In addition to teaching me how to program and operate the new opener, they hauled off the old opener and cleaned up after themselves. He also explained exactly what happened by showing me on the door where there were cracks and why the best long-term solution was replacement.
