Chris Flores was the technician who came to our house on April 15,2019 to repair our garage door. It had a broken spring. We chose to upgrade to a two spring system and have teflon rollers installed. Chris was very knowledgeable and efficient. He was also very polite and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who needed a garage door repair.

Called Home Advisor yesterday for a garage door repair. I live in La Vernia so it's often tough to get services out here, nevermind have a contractor actually show up on time and do what they are supposed to do. Made an appt with Precision yesterday afternoon, and the tech, Monty, was here on time today. He tuned up my busted garage door, and made it nice and quiet. I was expecting the worst, as in a new garage door, and he knew it and didn't try to upsell me. Very helpful technician and also showed me some tricks to keep my garage functioning smoothly. Highly recommended.

Precision Door quickly scheduled a tech to come look at our garage door to access the problem. Jason was very professional, prompt, and knowledgeable. We ended up needing a new door. Chris was about as nice and professional as anyone could expect. After a few minutes of diagnosing the problem, he told me exactly what was wrong and fixed it quickly and efficiently. He told me what it cost to fix the problem and said the fix had a 90-day warranty. I will use this service again if my garage door has a problem.

We found the ad for Precision in our local newspaper - LaVernia News. Our garage door needed repair and thought it would need to be replaced. Monty Morales, a very fine and knowledgeable individual responded to our call and assured us he could repair it which was a real blessing. He did a wonderful job with repairing it, saving us the cost of a new door. He is a great young man and as a result of his character and ability, we will call Precision again if the need arises. Very thorough examination of the door to determine which parts needed to be replaced because it wouldn't remain closed. Replaced springs, wheels, adjusted electric eye, replaced wires to eyes. Very friendly technician! A pleasure to work with! Recommend highly!
