Joe Sillitoe arrived within the promised time and performed the repair efficiently and expertly, he was knowledgeable and recommended options that I am currently considering. He rates five stars with me as he was not pushy when recommending options unlike most other repairmen I have experienced in the past. I called Precision on Friday evening about 5:25 pm trying to set an appointment for the following week. To my wonderful surprise I was given a 2 hour appointment window on Saturday afternoon! Dan Kuhn came out right on time and what a JOY he is! He understood exactly what I was wanting to get done. Due to our home being elevated out of the flood plain soon, I needed our garage doors and their tracks raised 3". Dan looked at what I needed after listening carefully and responded, "No problem, I can do that in about 2 hours" And he did just that. Adjusting opener and locks, he left everything better than before. I am thrilled with Precision Doors and Dan Kuhn. The work done was excellent and the price was very fair. I can safely recommend them to anyone.

Damien did a fine job of fixing my problem. I was afraid the door would fall because it wobbled, side to side as it went down. He said it just needed proper maintainance and after lubricating everything, it works much better. He relieved my anxiety. This is the 2nd time I've called your company since the elderly gentleman who used to help me retired.

Dan the Technician seem to very knowledgeable in his craft and performed his duties promptly. I am a senior citizen and retired military but did not receive a discount for either. Just in conversation I mentioned I was a retired soldier.I notice that you do give discounts for one or the other but I was not offered a discount for either in the past I believe you did give me a senior citizen discount.R.
