I called Precision on Friday evening about 5:25 pm trying to set an appointment for the following week. To my wonderful surprise I was given a 2 hour appointment window on Saturday afternoon! Dan Kuhn came out right on time and what a JOY he is! He understood exactly what I was wanting to get done. Due to our home being elevated out of the flood plain soon, I needed our garage doors and their tracks raised 3". Dan looked at what I needed after listening carefully and responded, "No problem, I can do that in about 2 hours" And he did just that. Adjusting opener and locks, he left everything better than before. I am thrilled with Precision Doors and Dan Kuhn. The work done was excellent and the price was very fair. I can safely recommend them to anyone.

Damien did a fine job of fixing my problem. I was afraid the door would fall because it wobbled, side to side as it went down. He said it just needed proper maintainance and after lubricating everything, it works much better. He relieved my anxiety. This is the 2nd time I've called your company since the elderly gentleman who used to help me retired.
