I selected the site because it offered weekend appointments, but was disappointed I could not get a same day appointment since I called early in the day and was having a problem; Sunday was booked. I tried other companies, but selected your company because of the information available on your website and also because I had used your company previously for garage door opener repairs. The technician called to confirm his arrival time and was very efficient and courteous. I was very pleased with the results.

I had a coupon for another company and when the technician came out he turned into a salesman... My $39.95 coupon for a tune-up quickly evolved into an almost $700 estimate for repairs to my 3 year ole garage doors!!! I then checked on Home Advisor and Precision was the first call back I received. So I scheduled with them. Dan Kuhn arrived in the time parameters I was given, evaluated the doors and offered his suggestions - which were reasonable and accepted. He completed the job in a reasonable amount of time without any hard-sell. I am very happy with Precision and will definitely contact them for any future service and/or repairs AND I will definitely refer them to my neighbors and friends.
