Wes had me shut and open the garage door and immediately diagnosed the problems right away. Gave me the price to do the repairs which I approved and he went to work on the problems. After the repairs were made I tried the open and closing and the door work so much better and quieter. Highly recommend Precision for any garage door service.

Great initial experience! However, 5 days later I've had to call for the same issue. Someone will be out today and I hope the issue gets resolved. Precision Garage Doors was excellent and provided us great service. We had issues with our garage door opener not opening/closing properly and they came out twice. Made our first service call right by honoring our service call. Eventually we had to install a new motherboard. In which Wesley replaced this morning. He is very professional and kind. Wes and Chris were very knowledgeable about the door and issues I was having and offered solutions for me to consider I chose opener replacement and new rollers for the door ,they had everything on the truck. Completed the job fast and to my satisfaction, cleaned up very well and answered all my questions and offered to program my cars. Will definitely recommend that to anyone needing garage door service.
